Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of the Social Prizm Clients Dashboard (the “Dashboard”), a private internal tool operated by Social Prizm (“Social Prizm”, “we”, “us”) for managing and reporting on the digital marketing performance of the accounts our clients authorise us to manage. By accessing the Dashboard you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

The Dashboard provides read-only reporting and internal workflow tools (dashboards, client reports, tasks, notes, finance and operations) for Social Prizm staff and, where applicable, our clients. It performs no changes to connected advertising accounts.

2. Authorised access

Access is limited to authorised Social Prizm staff and invited users. Accounts are individual; you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. New sign-ups require approval before access is granted, and access is governed by role-based permissions.

3. Third-party platforms and their terms

The Dashboard integrates with third-party platforms, and your and our use of data from those platforms is additionally subject to their respective terms and policies, including:

• Google Ads API Terms of Service and the Google API Services User Data Policy.
• Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies (Facebook / Instagram).
• The terms of CallRail, Local Falcon, Whitespark, and any other connected service.

We use these platforms’ data only to provide reporting to the relevant client, on a read-only basis.

4. Client data and confidentiality

All client data accessed through the Dashboard is confidential and remains the property of the respective client. We hold it under agency-client confidentiality (NDA) terms and will not disclose, sell, or share it with any third party without the client’s consent, except as necessary to operate the connected platforms or as required by law. Staff may access only the clients assigned to them.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Dashboard, attempt to access data outside your authorisation, reverse engineer it, or use it to violate any platform’s terms or applicable law.

6. Intellectual property

The Dashboard and its software are owned by Social Prizm. These Terms grant a limited, revocable right to use it for its intended internal purpose only.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Dashboard is provided “as is”. Reporting figures are sourced from third-party platforms and may differ from those platforms’ native interfaces. To the extent permitted by law, Social Prizm is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Dashboard.
